6. How To Use The Site🐾
What We Do On The Site🐾
We provide information about the Miniature Pinscher dog breed, concerning all information (to our knowledge) about the breed as well as caring, training, breeding and showing the breed, product recommendations and reviews and general dog husbandry in the pages of the Site. We provide, where possible, advice to the User concerning the Miniature Pinscher breed.
6.1. The information provided is derived from our own experience with the Miniature Pinscher breed as well as secondary knowledge from the experiences of other people.
6.2. The reviews and recommendations of products are for those that we use/have used for our dogs as well as some that we have not used but have been recommended.
6.3. Our blog contains posts about the breed some of which encompass information intended to provide entertainment, as in the “Just For Fun” category, and is not intended to be taken in an advisory manner.

Content including information, posts, commentary and other materials uploaded on the Site, including all information contained within the Site’s pages and product recommendations, are not intended to amount to advice on which reliance should be placed. The Content on the Site is to be used for educational, general undertstanding and reference purposes only and does not constitute qualified veterinary or professional (including canine behaviourist) diagnosis or advice. 8.1. We try our utmost to ensure the Content contained on the Site is accurate it is not created or reviewed by a qualified veterinary or professional and thus you use the information at your own risk.

9. Governing Law🐾
The Terms contemplated herby shall be governed by, construed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of England. Any legal action arising out of the Terms will be brought only in the courts of England.

You may use the Site only for lawful purposes. You may not use the Site:
10.1. in any way that breaches any applicable local, national or international law or regulation;

10.9. not to access without authority, interfere with, damage or disrupt any part of our Site.
11. Communications🐾
11.1. The Site enables the display of third-party content “User Content” without review or moderation with regards to the blog, where Users are able to leave comments and submit guest posts. The Site is therefore merely a conduit of User Content.
11.2. The views expressed in any User Content are the views of the individual authors and not those of Heathside Miniature Pinschers unless we specify otherwise.
11.3. We disclaim all liability in respect of any comments, views or remarks expressed in any User Content.

Heathside Miniature Pinschers participates in affiliate marketing programmes, which means we sometimes receive paid commissions on purchases made by users through links placed on the Site to retailer sites. Wherever these links are inserted on the Site, we have placed a notice stating this.

15. Suspension And Termination
We will determine, in our discretion, whether there has been a breach of the Terms through your use of the Site. When a breach of these Terms has occurred, we may take such action as we deem appropriate.
15.1. Failure to comply with these Terms may result in our taking all or any of the following actions:
15.2. immediate, temporary or permanent withdrawal of your right to use our Site;
